"Chá tíng" is a tea poem written by the Tang Dynasty poet Li Shangyin, with an inscription by Teacher Huang Zhirong for the Nikko Mountain Shuyuan. This tea is a raw pu-erh tea made from large tree leaves harvested in early spring of the Renyin year, originating from the Daxueshan area in Yunnan.
