Made through a refined artificial post-fermentation process, it has a lower caffeine content and is rich in theanine, aiding in relaxation and stress relief, making it ideal for those concerned about tea affecting their sleep. For optimal flavor, it is recommended to brew with boiling water (like stewing herbal medicine) or to steep in a thermos.
**Brewing Instructions:** 1. Prepare 200ml of hot water. 2. Recommended water temperature is 100°C. 3. Place the tea bag into the cup. 4. Pour the hot water over the tea bag. 5. Steep for about 3-5 minutes, adjusting to taste. 6. Remove the tea bag and gently swirl the cup to even out the flavor before drinking.
